Your First Year
As you get acquainted with your new home and familiarize yourself with the resources we provide, we’ll already be underway with the first-year process. Rest assured, we’ll periodically check-in with you to make sure everything is operating as intended and answer any questions you may have about your home.
During your first year, we recommend keeping a list of all the warrantable items you’d like addressed at your 1-year service appointment. You can find out what’s covered using the warranty manual in our Resource Hub:
What to Expect
30-Day Check-In
30 days after you move-in to your new home, we’ll reach out to see how everything is going, answer any questions you may have, and take note of any issues that you’d like addressed.
1-Year Walk-Thru
At the end of your first year in your home, we’ll schedule an appointment with you to perform a walk-thru and identity locations for any courtesy touchups needed on grout, caulk, paint, and drywall.
1-Year Fit & Finish Performance Guarantee
